How do I start ordering books?
How long does it take before I receive the books?
Please allow 3-5 working days for Metro Manila and 5-7 days for outside Metro Manila, for processing and delivery, excluding official Philippine holidays.
How can I track my orders?
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email that your book is on its way. Click on the "View My Order" link in the email then click on the tracking number to be able to see the status of your shipment.
How many copies per title am I allowed to purchase?
There is no limit to the number of copies per title, as long as the books are in stock.
What are my payment options?
You can choose from the following:
- Paypal - paypal account or credit card
- Dragonpay - several payment options including bank transfer, convenience store and bayad center options, etc. Click here to know more about Dragonpay.
- Bank deposit - Metrobank, BPI, BDO (need to email bank deposit slip)
*Please note that bank deposits must be fulfilled within 3 working days to avoid order cancellation
What are your shipping fees?
Your shipping fee is computed based on the corresponding base price, plus the total weight of your order (in grams). The following are the prices.Metro Manila - P85 (base) + P0.03/gram
Outside Metro Manila - P130 (base) + P0.04/gram

I need a book I saw in your book shop. Why is it not available through Passages?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject: SPECIAL ORDER if you wish to purchase a book that is not in our estore.
Why aren’t all titles available for worldwide delivery?
The list of products that we produced as co-editions with overseas partner-publishers have limited distribution areas on a per title basis. Please check the distribution limits of the titles you are ordering to make sure that they are not removed from your Shopping Cart when you checkout.
What is the scope of your delivery?
We can deliver to most local destinations in the Philippines, based on the serviceable areas of our authorized couriers. Should your shipping area be non-serviceable, the package can be picked up at the nearest branch of our couriers or an alternative serviceable address that we will request from you. You will receive a call or an email from our Customer Service regarding the delivery. Our selling facility is also able to deliver to most countries worldwide as per our courier partners’ serviceable areas. Should your shipping area be outside the delivery area (ODA) of our courier partners, you will be notified and asked to settle an ODA surcharge prior to the delivery.
